Lawson promotes Bradshaw to controller NORFOLK, VA — Lawson announced the promotion of Katherine Bradshaw, CPA Long Branch holdings to focus on core investments in Northern New Jersey. ICON represented both the seller and buyer. Completed in 2021, The Pa - vilion is a five-story residential building featuring 46 rental units with modern finishes and private outdoor space. The retail property is fully occu- pied by long-standing tenants Dunkin and Sushi on Fleek. Located near the Long Branch NJ Transit station and within proximity to the waterfront, the assets benefit from strong regional connectivity and ac- cess to the broader Jersey Shore market. “Well-located multifamily as- sets in coastal New Jersey mar- kets continue to see strong in- vestor demand, including from 1031 exchange buyers seeking stable, income-producing op- portunities,” said ICON’s Da- vid Jarvis . “We were pleased to facilitate a smooth transac- tion that closed efficiently for both parties.” MAREJ son in September 2023 as assis- tant controller and has extensive experience in financial reporting, accounting operations, budget- ing, forecasting, and compliance.
