though the homes in this particu- lar neighborhood were track homes from the 1960s and were all very similar in design and lot size, the fact that this property had a pool to work with gave me a competitive edge. What my team and I created with this pool ended up completely setting it apart from all the other homes on the market in that neighborhood.
