Terms and Conditions

Credit Terms If you have any questions regarding our payment terms, please call our Credit Department at 877.562.1499. All orders are shipped prepaid unless previously approved for credit terms through our in-house credit department. Standard approved terms are 30 days FOB. Processing of credit applications can take approximately 2–3 days. Prepayment discounts are not offered. Deposit/Payment Certain orders may require a pre-payment. We accept ACH, wire transfers, checks, cashier’s checks (under certain conditions), Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. COD orders are not accepted. Return Policy Please inspect all goods before printing or decorating. Onlygoods that havenot beenaltered, dyed, or processed in any way can be considered for return. Samples and discontinued items are non-returnable. All claims must be made within 5 working days from receipt of goods. A proper Return Authorization Form from Alstyle ® is required before any returned goods will be accepted. All return requests must reference invoice number prior to approval. RAs will be cancelled if product is not returned within 15 days of issuance of RA. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and will be refused and returned to the customer at the customer’s expense. We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee and any applicable shipping charges on all unclaimed, returned or refused orders, including pick-up orders. Dyeing and Special Processes Although most Alstyle ® garments can be used for special applications, please test all garments before using any of the following processes: custom dyeing, special washes, discharge printing, sublimation, etc. Alstyle ® does not guarantee consistency of performance for these processes. Cancellation and Revision Policy • All cancellations are subject to Alstyle ® approval. Cancellations will not be accepted for work in progress on custom orders. • Will Call orders not picked up within 3 days of notification that the order is complete will be restocked with a 15% restocking fee. • Any revisions to orders in process may be subject to a service charge. These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed with Alstyle ® , and are in addition to any terms and conditions included on any Alstyle ® Credit Applications, Bills of Lading, etc. Alstyle ® reserves the right to change any of the above terms and conditions and policies at any time without prior notice.

Placing orders with Alstyle ® acknowledges acceptance of the following terms and conditions. Prices, Quantities, Styles and Colors Prices are subject to change without notice. All merchandise will be shipped at prices in effect at time of shipping. Please contact Alstyle ® or log into your online account for current pricing. Alstyle ® reserves the right to change or discontinue styles, colors, sizes or fabrics. Style and color availability may vary by location. Inventory may fluctuate on seasonal items. The color range shown may be modified by additions or deletions or by minor variations in shade. Not all colors are available in all styles/sizes. All sales are taxable unless the appropriate tax exemption documents are on file with Alstyle ® . Order Placing and Shipping Most in-stock, credit-approved orders for standard delivery placed before 2:00 PM local distribution center time will be shipped same day. Credit approval delays may prevent same day shipment. All additions to any order already placed will be considered a “new order” and written as a new purchase order. We reserve the right not to process incomplete orders. Default, delay, or defect in any one or more shipments will not affect the balance of the order. Partial shipments may be made. Alstyle ® will not be responsible for non-delivery, loss, or damage during shipment. All merchandise is shipped FOB origin. Alstyle ® will ship merchandise in the manner specified by the customer whenever available. All freight claims for missing or damaged merchandise must be filed directly with the carrier, except for UPS and FedEx shipments. For Canada, all freight claims for missing or damaged merchandise must be filed directly with the carrier except for Purolator andWheels Logistics shipments. Customer pick-up service is available Monday through Friday 9:00 AM until 4:30 PM local distribution center time. Orders not picked up within 3 days of notification that the order is complete will be restocked with a 15% restocking fee. Export Shipments Alstyle ® can only ship within the United States to US customers and within Canada to Canadian customers. We can ship to a freight forwarder of your choice within the contiguous US. You can then export the goods to your location. Shipping to your freight forwarding office will result in additional shipping and handling charges. Many products that have been imported into the US or Canada cannot be exported to other countries. It is the customer’s responsibility to check with their freight forwarder to confirm foreign documentation requirements and verify that items to be exported will be released by customs at the final destination.
