TERMS AND CONDITIONS: All permits and code compliance are the responsibility of the customer to obtain and abide by. Fence placement and installation details are to be reviewed with the install crew the day of install to ensure satisfaction, failure to do so is customer's responsibility. J&A Fence will make a One Call to locate utilities in the area of the fence excavation. J&A Fence nor their installers or laborers will be responsible for damage to unmarked "private" underground lines or utilities that are not marked by this service. Propane is considered a private utility and must be located by customer or their propane service provider. HARD DIGGIING CLAUSE: In rare cases adverse digging conditions arise that cannot be foreseen. In this event additional labor and or equipment rental expenses may be assessed. By verbal agreement, signing this contract, or remitting a deposit to J&A Fence for the described work you are agreeing to abide by these terms and conditions.
