O SHAPED SKILLS MODULE
This Module was developed in close collaboration with Dan Kayne, Founder of the O Shaped Lawyer. It will enable you to develop an understanding of all the O Shaped competencies and their practical application within the sector, alongside learning and practising core business skills, as described in the Legal Business Skills module on page 17.
This module will offer you: Full access to the College’s Canvas Learning Portal and virtual community Multimedia presentations from leading GCs, workbook scenarios and skills activities for each unit, to access as and when you like Regular one-to-one supervision with an expert practitioner Personal development against a clear competency framework Assessments through a 1500 word analysis of a legal services business challenge, submissions and a reflective learning journal. Entry requirements Undergraduate degree or equivalent English language qualifications (e.g. IELTS) if English isn’t your first language Credits for LLM in Legal Practice 20 at FHEQ Level 7
Course options
12-week part-time course 6-week full-time course Module can be taken separately or as part of an LLM in Legal Practice. Timing Modules are running up to six times a year. See the course schedule on our website for start dates. Price: £575 (courses starting in 2022) £1,150 (courses starting in 2023)
