A. Financial Statement – November 30, 2020 Financial statements for November have been reviewed by Treasurer Hare, President Farmer, and Director Leahy. A Motion was made by Treasurer Hare for the Board to ratify the review of the November financials. Second- Vice President Renoe Approved - Unanimously Secretary’s Report Vice President Renoe reported that we have received 170+ emails related to Pickleball issues and maintenance concerns. Vice President Renoe also reported that the email system has been setup to provide an auto reply to any correspondence sent into the Board of Directors email address to acknowledge the receipt of each email.
