A. RV Cover Rule President Farmer discussed the RV Cover rule and the possible extension of the suspension of the rule. A motion was made to extend the suspension of the rule to allow covers to remain on the rigs until November 15, 2021. Motion- Director Boudin Second- Director McCune Approved- Unanimously B. Pavement Management Plan GM Vitrano discussed the Pavement Management Plan and the revised 6-year plan. A motion was made to adopt a 3-year Pavement Management Plan and to begin the first year of a three-year plan. Motion- Director McCune Second- Director Boudin Approved- Unanimously A motion was made to approve an expenditure, not to exceed, $5,500 to authorize AEC to prepare bid documents and solicit bids and take the money from Reserve.
