A motion was made to leave the vacancy until the vote in March.

Motion- Treasurer Hare Second- Director Boudin Approved- Unanimously B. Extension of the Monarch Ball use at Pickleball Courts

Director Boudin read a letter written by Pickleball Committee Chair Keith Bassham asking the Board to continue the Pickleball Trial until January 18, 2021. Many Owners also presented their points of view and opinions on the matter. A motion was made to allow the use of the Monarch ball to continue until the next board meeting on January 18, 2021 due to the current conditions in California due to COVID, at which time it will be reevaluated based on the current situation at that time.

Motion- Director Boudin Second- Director McCune For- Director Boudin & Director McCune. Against- Vice President Renoe, Director Leahy, President Farmer & Treasurer Hare. Motion did not pass

The Pickleball trial to use the Monarch Ball until 7:00 pm will end on December 31, 2020. C. Pickleball Noise Absorption Director Leahy outlined some information on the past results of a noise study on Pickleball. The Board discussed the options for Pickleball Noise Absorption A motion was made that the project be referred to the Planning Committee and Finance Committee for considering the installation of sound absorption walls around the pickleball courts and is to be reported back to the Board in advance of the January meeting. Motion- Director Leahy Second- Vice President Renoe Approved- Unanimously

A. Travel Trailer Restrictions Examination of Prohibition of “Ball & Hitch” trailers.

The Board discussed whether they are interested in changing the rules to prohibit “ball & hitch trailers”. The Board decided to continue to look at the numbers and industry to determine if they want to speak it about it at a later date. GM to speak with Bob Livingston regarding trends.
