PICKLEBALL OPEN GYM Pickleball is open to any age group. Pickleball is a racquet sport that combines badminton, tennis, and table tennis elements. Pickleball requires a membership or day pass to The Rec at The Lakefront™. Hours: MWF 9 a.m.-1 p.m. Monthly Residents Pass: $5/month Monthly Non-Resident Pass: $10/month Annual Resident Pass: $50/year Annual Non-Resident Pass: $100/year
SOFTBALL The Town of Little Elm offers adult softball leagues played under USSSA guidelines. Leagues are played at the softball fields at Little Elm Park, located at 701 W. Eldorado Pkwy in Little Elm. Leagues are open to teams only and cost $375 per team. Teams play eight regular season games per season, with teams playing one to two games per night. Leagues will have a one-night playoff after the regular season for the top four to six teams. Home run limits for each league are listed below, and all home runs over the limit will be considered an out. Teams must use Little Elm stamped balls during league games. The Town of Little Elm is excited to partner with Red River Social Sports to offer those in the Little Elm area the chance to compete in Sand Volleyball, Kickball, Soccer, Basketball, and more! These offerings will be available to both individuals and teams, and their goal is to create a fun social outlet for adults in the North Dallas area. All leagues will be designed to offer people the chance to meet new friends and provide a fun atmosphere to compete. Leagues will also host social events at local restaurants and businesses in order for participants to mingle and interact outside of the normal league night atmosphere.
