GROUPX FITNESS CLASSES Children ages 12-14 years must have active adult supervision to attend GroupX classes. Children under 12 years are not permitted in GroupX classes. • Barre. Zumba: an interval-style dance fitness party that combines low-intensity and high-intensity moves. • Zumba® Gold: a lower-intensity version of the typical Zumba class and was designed to meet needs of seniors.
