GROUPX FITNESS CLASSES Children ages 12-14 years must have active adult supervision to attend GroupX classes. Children under 12 years are not permitted in GroupX classes. • Barre. Low impact strength and light cardio for aging adults (50 years and over), hosted by the Brenda But- ton Mills Senior Center. • Strength. Pure strength, no cardio allowed! • Strength & Cardio. Circuit-based cardio and strength exercise to maximize metabolism. • Water Aerobics. Cardio-based workout that is easier on your joints. • Yoga . Increase overall body awareness, flexibility, and balance. • Zumba®. Zumba: an interval-style dance fitness party that combines low-intensity and high-intensity moves. • Zumba® Gold: a lower-intensity version of the typical Zumba class and was designed to meet needs of seniors.
