Executive Summary Churchill College is seeking to recruit a Head of Buildings and Capital Projects who will lead on planned and preventative maintenance projects and support the Estate and Operations Director on the delivery of capital projects. This is an exciting time to join the College as we have bold investment plans for the estate. The Head of Buildings and Capital Projects will play a key role in the delivery of a major redevelopment of the north of the site, along the Churchill road, as well as leading on all planned and reactive maintenance programmes. We are seeking an individual who has excellent stakeholder and communication skills, with experience in estate planning, strategic maintenance programmes, minor works projects and compliance projects. The role would suit building surveyors and/or project management professionals, seeking an opportunity to move into a leadership role across a diverse and unique property portfolio.
