Hill, Partner In 1981, Bob Hill joined with Clay Emory to establish Emory Hill & Company and founded Emory Hill Real

Estate Services, Inc. in 1983. Hill serves as president of Emory Hill & Company and VP of Emory Hill Real Estate Services, Inc. Carmen J. Facciolo, Jr., Partner Carmen Facciolo, who be- came an Emory Hill partner in 1983, is the director of NAI Emory Hill and President of Emory Hill Real Estate Ser- vices, Inc. and Vice President of Emory Hill & Company, the construction division. Neil Kilian, Principal, CCIM, SIOR – Director of Brokerage As the head of NAI Emory

Hill’s commercial brokerage di- vision, Kilian oversees a team of 12 brokers and agents. As a licensed broker himself, Kilian focuses on leasing, managing and marketing class A & B of- fice, industrial, retail and flex properties, locally, regionally and nationally and has been with NAI Emory Hill since 1998. Clayton Hill, Principal, CCIM, CPM – Director of Property Management Clayton joined NAI Emory Hill’s commercial brokerage department in early 2004 bringing with him experience in the commercial mortgage brokerage and institutional in- vestment industries. He joined the Property Management Di- vision in 2009 and was named director of property manage- ment in early 2010. Brad Kellmyer Director of Construction Brad Kellmyer has over 30 years of construction experi- ence and joined Emory Hill & Company in 1998 as a super- intendent, performing daily tasks of jobsite coordination, ordering materials, and super- vising multiple subcontractors. Kellmyer held this position for 14 years and was then promoted to project manager, making the move from the field to the office. Jesse Swartzentruber Director of Maintenance Swartzentruber joined the Emory Hill team in January, 2005 in the maintenance divi- sion. As the head of Mainte- nance, he oversees a staff of 20, working closely with property managers and building owners as well as maintenance techni- cians and third party vendors, making sure each customer receives quality service at a fair price. Buddy West – Director of Emory Hill Residential West has 25 years of ex- perience in residential real estate throughout Delaware, Maryland and Pennsylvania. His sales exceed $200 million and he is involved in many other aspects of the business. Buddy hosted a one-hour live radio show entitled “Real Es- tate Talk” on CBS radio for ten years. During that time, with his wife Betsy, he wrote a weekly newspaper column entitled “The Right Direc- tion.” His media contribu- tions continue with his work as a regular news authority on local TV. 
