PWS tidak membutuhkan bekisting kayu maupun steel parry, sehingga hemat biaya dan hemat waktu. Permukaan dalamnya rata dan mulus, menjamin tidak akan ada benda/sampah berbentuk persegi empat atau silinder. Bobotnya ringan dan dapat diangkut hanya oleh 1-2 orang tenaga kerja, tidak memerlukan alat besar dan berat, sehingga panel PWS ideal untuk di lokasi yang tidak dapat diakses oleh kendaraan. Many of today’s best inventions are simplicity itself and Prima Wall System (PWS) is no exception. Basically the system consists of specially shaped, interlocking concrete panels for speci c functions like drainage, cesspits, sewers, cable carriers, water tanks and cisterns. The width is exible with rectangular or trapezoid shapes. No heavy lifting equipment is needed. The panels can be carried easily by one or two persons making them ideal for use in places with no vehicular access.
The construction method is almost child’s play, fast and simple. No formwork (shuttering) is needed, saving construction time and money. (No steel plates and bolts to eventually rust and nally collapse.) The panels’ inner surfaces are at and smooth so no rubbish can snag on the sides. Imagine if all city drains were covered and made this way. Rubbish could not wash into drains blocking them. Flooding would be greatly reduced in many places and that would be a blessing for thousands of residents thanks to another great idea from PWS and PGBT.
