Making a Reservation
Can make reservations 90 days prior to arrival date Can have 3 open reservations An open reservation Is considered any reservation not checked out of or canceled. Please note that open reservations are shared among Members, Adult Family Members (AFMs), and Guests. Reservations may be made anytime online through the Member Portal or over the phone with our Member Services team at (855) 872-1469.
Length of Stay
Gives you the ability to stay up to 3 consecutive weeks at any one of your Home Resorts. After checking out of a stay of 4 or more consecutive nights at one resort, Members need to observe the 7-day out rule before checking into another reservation.
Resort-to-Resort Privileges
Bypass the 7-day out rule If you move to another Resort Use at a maximum of 3 Resorts at a time
Members must observe the 7-day out rule at the conclusion of the third stay, unless using Buy-Out Week. Members must call Member Services to book Resort-to-Resort reservations.
Buy-Out Weeks
Stay longer than the allotted 3 consecutive weeks Claim one time per Resort per calendar year
On the day your reservation ends, Members must call Member Services to confirm availability at your current Resort for an extension up to another 7 days. If availability allows you to extend your reservation, you can pay the current fee of $225 to claim your buy-out week, which allows you to bypass the 7-day out rule.
MEMBERSHIP DETAILS
Standard Family Plan
Standard Adult Family Plans can list up to 3 Adult Family Members (AFMs). AFMs receive a discounted $15 nightly rate on campsites and are able to rent Fixed Lodging at a family rate. AFMs can make reservations 30 days In advance and 7 days In advance for holidays and special events. AFMs can call Into Member Services with your Member Number and can make reservations. Members can request a reservation for their AFM through the Member Portal. Members or AFMs must call Member Services to book reservations for a Guest. Guest stays must overlap a reservation of the Member of AFM. They cannot stay past those reservations or arrive at the Resort before the Member or AFM. Guest reservations are limited to 3 reservations per Guest per year. Guests pay a $30 nightly rate for campsites or the current Guest rate for Fixed Lodging. Get unlimited access to all of your Home Resorts for the entire day between the hours of 7 am and 10 pm without a reservation. All the Resort's amenities and activities are yours to use and enjoy for the day. Simply show up, present your Membership Card, and enjoy all the fun our Resorts have to offer. Members have the ability to transfer their membership via a gift or sale to another person. Transferred Memberships have the ability to stay a maximum of 14 days, have 3 maximum open reservations, 60-day advance reservations, and access to the same Home Resorts as the original Membership. The transferred Membership may then be transferred one more time. After 2 years of having your Membership, you may choose to transfer your Membership to up to 3 of your children. These AFMs will each receive a Standard Membership of their own that will allow them to book reservations 60 days prior to the arrival date, stay for 14 consecutive days, and stay as many times a year as they'd like.

Fixed Lodging & Rental Accommodations
Leave the RV at home! Our Fixed Lodging gives you yet another way to stay overnight at our Resorts. They can also be a great place for your AFMs or Guests to stay who may not own an RV. Your Membership gives you access to discounted Member-only rates on Fixed Lodging units across our properties, including Cottages, Condos, Cabins, Lodges, Motel and more. Pet-friendly units are available upon request (pet fee of $20/stay applies).
AFM and Guest rates and reservation rules apply. Fixed Lodging options vary by size, amenities, location and price.
Fixed Lodging Discount
Receive 50% off the current nightly rate for Fixed Lodging on stays of 7 or more nights.
This benefit excludes premium and special inventory. No blackout dates apply.
"Bonus Free Week" Fixed Lodging Certificate
Fixed Lodging certificates are for a free week In a Fixed Lodging unit on a stay up to 1 week per year for the next 10 years.
Free weeks in Fixed Lodging are transferable to AFMs. This benefit excludes houses and special inventory. No blackout dates apply.
Bonus Getaway Resorts
Receive access to campsites at Resorts outside of your Home Resorts 2 times per year for up to 7 nights per visit for up to 5 years. Visits to specific Getaway Resorts cannot be repeated In the same calendar year. Members can reserve by calling Ocean Canyon Resorts' Member Services team at (855) 872-1469. For a current list of Getaway Resorts, please call Member Services. Enjoy reciprocal use and access to hundreds of additional private membership outdoor resorts across the nation. Get full hookup campsites for little to no nightly fees and deeply discounted Member rates on a wide variety of unique outdoor resort rental accommodations without an RV. Unlock thousands of other travel possibilities at Resort locations and unique getaways across the globe with our travel partners using Coast to Coast Travel, Hopaway Holiday, and Resort Parks International. Travel across the country or around the world for incredibly low Member rates on campsites, condos, cruises, package trips, rental cars, hotels, and more.
