David Fochs, Jr., CPA , has been promoted to Partner at Hawkins Ash CPAs, one of the Top 200 CPA Firms in the U.S. As Partner, Fochs will continue to provide tax and business financial planning services to businesses and individuals in Southeast Minnesota. Fochs began his career in public accounting in 2011, joined the staff of Hawkins Ash CPAs in 2020, and was most recently a Senior Manager.

GPC (Gillette Pepsi Companies) has promoted Marge Kelley to Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Marge will be focused on leading the sales teams to accelerate the growth of the business with effective sales planning, best-in-class marketing programs, and efficient go-to-market strategies. As a member of the senior leadership team, she will also focus on other long-term goals, especially GPC being a great place to work.

The City of Rochester has announced the appointment of Brian J. Anderson as the Finance Director following a national search. Anderson comes to the City having most recently served as the Auditor/ Treasurer - Finance Director for Goodhue County, MN, where he has been in the position for five years.
