Terms and Conditions: 1. A product qualifies as an additional brand when the minimum quantity of that brand is purchased between October 1, 2025 and December 8, 2025. » For example, ACME Grower purchased the following products during the Early Order Period (“EOP”): • 4 – 1 Gallon units of Eagle ® fungicide = $48 • 1 – 30 Gallon Drum Dimension ® 2EW specialty herbicide = $757 • 4 – 1 lb units of XXpire ® insecticide = $108 • 25 – bags of Snapshot ® 2.5 TG herbicide = $75 • Total EOP Rebate = $988 + Bonus $296.40 = $1,284.40 » All product rebates unlocked for Acme » ACME Grower made the following in season purchases: • 2 – 2 Gallon units of Gallery ® specialty herbicide = $152 • 50 – Bags of Snapshot ® 2.5 TG herbicide = $150
accept: bill of lading, packing list, and invoice summary reports with the Distributor’s letterhead, provided that they show: an invoice number (#), a clear product description, quantity purchased, date of purchase, name of purchaser, and the name and location of the selling organization. 6. Corteva Agriscience ™ Administration will be responsible for completing final calculations. All decisions will be final. 7. To be eligible to receive a distributor credit(s), your earned total rebate amount must be at least $150.00. 8. Rebates will be awarded based on purchases by end users/applicators only. Purchases submitted by a re-seller of Corteva T&O products will not qualify for any rebate. 9. Corteva reserves the right to audit end user purchases and the use of Corteva products for compliance including program earnings, and all such earnings will be forfeited if program records are determined to be false. 10. Where permitted by law, Corteva may deduct from program payments any amount due by end user to Corteva or its affiliates including, but not limited to, past due amounts, late payments and penalties. 11. Corteva reserves the right to modify or terminate the program at any time without notice. 12. All decisions made by Corteva with respect to program administration and implementation, including calculation of program payments, will be final and binding. 13. Taxes on earnings are the responsibility of the participant.

2. All rebates submitted by June 30, 2026 and verified by July 31, 2026 will be paid by September 30, 2026. Rebates will not be accepted after June 30, 2026. 3. EOP is October 1 - December 8, 2025, EOP eligible products must be invoiced by December 8th. Any rate lock products need to be invoiced by June 30, 2026. 4. If you’re new to the program or purchased through a distributor not set up for credits, you must submit your rebate form online. You can upload your invoices, if required, or mail them along with a copy of your completed submission to the following address.
