Warranty Ground Shipping All Online orders (Source orders, etc.) Account Manager/Store Manager Stock/Consignment Order Approval from store manager is required Equipment This includes Air Handler Units (AHU), Conditioner Heaters, P- Tac’s, WSHP’s, and Packaged units Equipment Accessories w/ Equipment Delivery If accessories and supplies are delivered together with an equipment order = NO FREIGHT

Thermostats, Install items (slabs, pans, float switches etc.)

This is a reminder of our existing policy which applies to all shipped orders that are Transferred in for Will Call from another Trane Supply location, Back Ordered for Will Call or Direct Ship to a location of the customers choosing. (examples below)
