and get more steps for the day. • Drink more water to increase bathroom breaks. • When possible, take the stairs instead of the elevator. • Stand or walk when taking phone calls. • Try a standing desk. • Take a 5-minute walk (or longer) on your lunch break. • Stretch when watching TV • Move more when you cook, turn up the tunes and dance a little.
