Phillip has extensive experience in the Education sector in a variety of practical and senior leadership roles including, Principal and Learning Specialist. He has performed these roles over a 30 - year span within the 3 Victorian school sectors. Philip is now an education consultant to Victorian schools and is the founder and director of Educate Well. “ Through multiple decades of experience working within schools, I have become increasingly aware of the practices and understandings that help to create and maintain high - performing schools. I recognise and advocate the importance of empowering school staff through meaningful professional learning to build their capacity, support each other and engage students in their learning and wholistic development ”.
