What I did: I learned the initial modules everyone learns right when they start, gain knowledge of the company and how it is run, and then talked to customers and answered their questions. What I liked: Skyward has a super great work environment, way better than anywhere I have ever worked and everyone is so chill here I think everyone is happy 24/7 here.
Future Dream Job: My dream job is to be a team manager at Skyward.
