What I did: I trained in the Customer Success department and learned the Budgetary, Position, and Payroll Modules. I also took service calls from customers to help solve issues they were having. What I liked: I liked taking service calls that both helped customers and taught me something new about the software.
Future Dream Job: I’m still trying to figure that out.
