Description NOVA mini is a chain LED lighting system for shallow and narrow slim built - up letters, flat - cut letters and other sign lighting applications. L/70 at 50K hrs: 50,000 hours to 70% of initial light output backed by a 5 - year warranty means dependable, high quality LED lighting modules for the sign maker

Each tiny module (only 13mm long and 8mm high) powered by LUMILEDS LEDs mounted on a heat dissipating aluminium PCB all under a 140° lens and encapsulated by a dust and water resistant ABS module.

Modules have a peel - off, self - adhesive backing for fast installation.

NOVA ZERO modules are also arranged closer together along the chain than usual (at 40mm intervals) making these ideal for narrow stroke width letters with shallow returns and block acrylic letters.

Each pack consists of 50 NOVA ZERO modules in a 2 meter long chain.

The superior optics on the Nova range means that uniform illumination can be achieved with return depths as low as 30mm, with a return depth:module spacing ratio up to 1:3. This means that with a return depth of 50mm, Nova1 can be used at 150mm spacing to achieve uniform illumination, offering savings against its competition on material and labour costs.

Nova is our most efficient module range @ 170lm/W giving large savings on energy compared to standard LED modules, reducing the carbon footprint of end users.

Modern, reliable and rapid automated manufacturing processes combined with state - of - the - art continuous wire IDC (insulation displacement connector) technology to bring excellent quality, performance and economy to the sign maker.

Edge lighting can be a very economical method of lighting sign boxes

Description Z - LED 6 is a high lighting power LED linear system which is particularly effective for double - sided internally illuminated sign boxes, fabric faced retail and exhibition lightboxes and monoliths. Comprising high quality and efficient Osram LEDs combined with specially designed lens; these modules produce 30% more light per Watt than other similar looking products.

Available in three, seven and nine LED versions, these aluminium cored open PCB modules are suitable for normal interior use and are designed to be arranged along the long edge of a sign box to produce a uniformly lit appearance on the substrate or flex - face skin from a ontrolled ° flat but wide angle beam.

Description Mini Orbis LED is our the latest addition to our high performance Orbis LED range of flexible chain LED lighting systems. Now available in 60 and 100 lumen output versions, both are designed specifically for backlighting shallower and wider stroke built - up letters and medium sized sign boxes. A large, light controlling lens and a low - profile module combine with a state of the art 9V2835 LED to produce a superior, uniformly lit appearance even when using fewer modules, less power and reduced CO 2 as a result.

Each module has a peel - off self - adhesive backing plus a screw fastening point for a quick and secure installation.

Description Super Orbis LED Gen 4 is our fourth and latest gen- eration of our successful flexible chain LED lighting system designed specifically for back lighting large scale flex - faced sign boxes. And it’s our brightest (up to 313lms), most efficient (up to 176lm/W) module ever and now with a superior light distribution thanks to its new optical grade, acrylic lens. Each module features a state of the art Soul semiconductor Y19 LED behind a light controlling lens and above a faceted, parabolic - type reflector system which together distribute light in a super wide shaped beam ideal for flex - faced and acrylic faced sign boxes. Use from only four modules and 8.2 Watts per 1 sq. metre and just one 95% efficient LED driver for up to 33 sq. metres of sign.
