WHY RENNIE? vpg x rennie
We are excited that VPG and rennie will be joining forces to strengthen our collective position in the real estate industry. VPG and rennie have a lot in common - dedication to exceptional client service, common values, a professional approach to real estate, and a “people first” company culture made us a natural fit. We’re both modern and progressive, with traditional values and a focus on relationships. This joining of our two real estate companies is the result of many thoughtful conversations over a long period of time to ensure there was going to be continuity in the values and culture that embodied VPG. We're stronger together. The following pages highlight the suite of services and robust platforms rennie advisors build their business on, and you’ll also see plenty about how our values and people align. We look forward to meeting you over a coffee in the coming days and to get to know you and answer any questions you may have about working together.
Most sincerely,
Vincent Tang Vice President rennie & associates realty ltd.

our five pillars
01/ brand We are recognized for our expertise, knowledge and how we treat people. The rennie brand is composed of so many things internally within our organization. The reputation of our brand and our knowledge is the result of what we do every day, the manner in how we do them, all the things we have accomplished in the past and how the team represents us today. 02/ integrated services With the market continuously changing and becoming more and more competitive and complex; we have and will continuously expand our services and systems over the years to meet our clients’ current and future needs. This integrated approach we offer here, from our partnerships with developers on various projects to individual clients looking to sell or buy a home will always be the best and best known in the industry. 03/ data-driven knowledge Smart companies source and compile data. Great companies use that data and knowledge to make smart, informed decisions. We provide this data-driven knowledge to our team as the foundation for our marketing and sales programs, making effective and cost efficient decisions for team, clients and partners.
04/ culture Typically, discussions about our company start with our culture and end with the realization of just what that culture is about. It’s the DNA that drives our mindset and in how we treat everyone we interact with. It’s how we treat each other and how we treat our clients. In the end, it’s something all our teammembers easily understand but may have a hard time describing. 05/ sustainability A key benchmark of our success is our adaptability and resiliency to be the most effective in changing market conditions. We have systems and processes in place to best meet ongoing demands. Take marketing for instance: we enjoy some of the lowest advertising rates and best media partnerships in the industry, allowing us to constantly be in the market and top-of-mind. Operating effectively and efficiently will drive and fuel our success together.

our leadership team
KRIS RENNIE, PRESIDENT
As president, Kris oversees the overall vision and trajectory of rennie, working closely and collaboratively with our executive and leadership teams. In 2003, early on in his real estate career, he established rennie’s first branch-out division, consumer services, and led its steady continual growth of four to 175+ advisors today. Since then, Kris has led the way in diversifying rennie’s comprehensive service offerings across its now three divisions: developer, consumer, and advisory services. He continues to invest resources in the growth of the company’s systems platform, driving the vision of how data, technology, and connectivity, shared throughout the organization and delivered to our clients, will continue to underpin deeper insights and refine strategy, leading to rennie's continued success.
BOB RENNIE, FOUNDER
Bob is recognized for his leadership in envisioning new and innovative strategies in development risk management and real-estate marketing. Key landmark projects include the restructuring of the Olympic Village and Woodward’s—a visionary development that integrated market and non-market housing, commercial users and Simon Fraser University’s new downtown presences. Bob has curated a team of experts in the field of real estate and development, who focus on strategy, visioning, research, consumer intelligence and project execution. Bob maintains strong relationships with stakeholders at every level of government and assists in facilitating critical and strategic conversations concerning the real estate industry.
TRACIE MCTAVISH, EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Tracie is recognized throughout the industry for his disciplined and experienced approach to project positioning, visioning and execution. Through the course of his career he has successfully envisioned, positioned and transacted more than 25,000 residential homes on behalf of many of the industry’s most notable leaders, predominately throughout Western Canada. Tracie is well known for his role in the development of the Concord Pacific lands along False Creek, having led significant components of the project’s master plan, the subsequent transaction of more than 4,000 condominium units, the positioning and lease up of commercial properties, as well as the contribution and improvement of major community amenities, such as David Lam Park, the restoration of the Roundhouse Community Centre and the completion of social housing. His skillset is called upon regularly to mitigate the substantial risks associated with master planned communities, and he is frequently asked to lend his perspective and experience during the development process. rennie.com 7

we’re listening At rennie, among the things we believe in are the importance of people and the Japanese business philosophy of kaizen (continuous improvement). The perfect place these two beliefs intersect is in listening to and acting on feedback from our people. As a rennie advisor, we're always looking for your feedback on the leadership of the organization, culture, systems, processes, and platforms in order to make everything better. Here are some of the ways we do this:
OPEN DOOR POLICY At every level of the organization, we encourage open communication - it’s no secret. Authentic connection helps us build stronger relationships within our teams, and promotes the personal and professional growth that helps us all succeed as leaders in the industry. ADVISORY PANEL Every year, we nominate a group of advisors to be a part of our advisory panel. Working alongside the Executive and internal brand, marketing, and tech teams, the panel gets together several times throughout the year to help shape the brokerage’s process, initiatives, platform, and systems to better serve every rennie advisor.

We use the google mail (gmail) platform, and you will have unlimited storage space so you can safely keep all the necessary files and digital images you need. DO I RECEIVE NEW BUSINESS CARDS? Upon joining rennie you will receive a set of 250 business cards on us. The first set of business cards will not include a headshot on the back in order to get these into your hands quickly, however you can order another set of business cards with your headshot on the back for a small printing fee. Rennie business cards are templated and information include your name, title, email, website, cell phone, brokerage name and logo, and the rennie rspace chinatown office phone number and address. We can also include your social media handles upon request. CAN I USE MY PERSONAL WEBSITE AND A NON-RENNIE EMAIL ON RENNIE BRANDED MARKETING MATERIALS AND SIGNAGE? To ensure brand consistency we ask that all advisors use the rennie website and email on branded materials. You may however include a personal website address on your rennie business card. Ask us more about guidelines on personal branding.

HOW DO I ACCESS THE RSPACE LOCATIONS AND WHAT ARE THE HOURS? You will be provided with a fob, key, alarm code and alarm instructions to access the rspace locations. rspace Chinatown is our head office location and the receptionist is available from 9am to 5pm. Advisors can access and work from this location 24/7. rspace Yaletown is open from 5:30am to 10pm. DO YOU OFFER PRIVATE OFFICES? We do not currently offer private offices. There are plenty of unique quiet and collaborative work spaces available to rennie advisors in the offices, and meeting spaces can be booked for client meetings. At the onboarding session we will review any advertising and marketing materials which need to be transitioned over to the rennie brand. We will support you in this process and have a design team to assist you. You will also receive a set of rennie logos and our brand standard document to update other materials. HOW DO I KNOW WHEN TRAINING AND MEETINGS ARE HAPPENING? Once your rennie email is set up you will be added to our daily email called Hot Sheet which highlights upcoming meetings, training sessions and social activities. You will also receive regular emails to keep you informed and wrap- ups with meeting recordings, presentations and detailed notes. WHAT ITEMS DO I RECEIVE AS PART OF MY ONBOARDING AND WHAT IS THE PROCESS FOR ONBOARDING? New advisors will receive a set of business cards, headshot, signage and rennie branded print collateral. At the onboarding session we will go over office procedures, your service and support team, discuss tools, programs and resources, and take you on an office tour of rspace Chinatown.
