DARRELL KOOPMANS, DIRECTOR, TECHNOLOGY
As Director of Technology, Darrell leads the technology division, overseeing the organization's strategic direction and infrastructure of technical operations. He drives a team of project managers, developers, quality assurance and IT professionals to build and maintain a valuable technology platform with a suite of products for clients, consumers, and internal divisions throughout rennie. His previous experience spans over 17 years in the real estate industry, within the disciplines of technology, development, and design. Prior to rennie, Darrell made a successful exit at a Vancouver-based real estate start-up, where he was both co-founder and Vice President of Creative. Darrell is also a director of a not-for-profit cafe in Squamish, which provides a comfortable space for locals in the community.
LISA DUDLEY, DIRECTOR OF PEOPLE
Lisa brings over 25 years of experience prior to joining rennie, earning a reputation for working in a consultative and collaborative manner widely recognized by business leaders. She came to rennie directly from the Ledcor Group where she spent almost 13 years, the last four years as the Vice President of HR. Her experience includes leading the people programs for large-scale companies geographically dispersed across North America. Her main focus at rennie is to lead people programs and leadership development that help attract, engage, empower and retain amazing people who actively contribute to its high- performance teams, and family-oriented culture. In short, Lisa teaches our leaders to lead.
ERIC MEHR, SEATTLE SALES DIRECTOR, DEVELOPER SERVICES
Erik began his real estate career in 1996 as an agent with Windermere’s Belltown Seattle office. He primarily focused assisting individual buyers and sellers of urban condominium units before eventually shifting his concentration to sales of new construction condominium projects. Over the past sixteen years Erik has been directly involved in the sales and marketing effort for more then 25 new condominium developments in the greater Seattle area such as Ballard Place, Escala, Nexus and most recently Avenue Bellevue. Erik has detailed knowledge and experience with pre-development unit design and unit mix, unit pricing, pre-sale marketing, FNMA compliance guidelines and the FNMA project approval process.
