What stands out is not the adoption itself, but the seemingly overnight narrative shift. Not driven by some fundamental breakthrough but something much simpler. The tools got easier, the outputs got better, and the social pressure to use them finally caught up. So the same peo- ple who resisted for years were suddenly able to jump in overnight. And if I have done my job correctly, my system will hold up regard- less of which one reviews it. This is also where the conversation starts to drift in the wrong direction.
