CERM, a provider of MIS software for the label and pack- aging printing industry, has joined the Flexo Label Advan- tage Group (FLAG) as a Vendor Partner. FLAG is an association of independent label converters and industry suppliers in North America. The organization focuses on sharing best practices, driving operational ex- cellence, and helping its members grow through collabo- ration and knowledge exchange. CERM is an independent, privately-owned company of- fering MIS solutions that connect all aspects of a printing business.

Combination Printing The newly installed machine is an 8-color hybrid flexo press that integrates multiple printing and finishing capa- bilities in a single platform. In addition to the 8-color flexo- graphic units, the press is equipped with a gravure station for high-density ink applications and a rotary silk screen unit, enabling premium embellishment effects such as tac- tile finishes, spot varnish and high-opacity printing. The combination of flexo, gravure and screen printing technologies allows Chagay Plus to expand its product portfolio, targeting high-value labels across sectors such as cosmetics, beverages, and specialty packaging.
