LIVING IN ROCHESTER
The Rochester area is alive with a wealth of recreational opportunities that enhance the overall Rochester experience. From unique art galleries to farmers’ markets, from outdoor festivals to recreational facilities, Rochester is a great place to have an adventure. Of course, many unique shops and businesses dot Rochester’s landscape, resulting in an array of longtime favorites that people from near and far enjoy throughout the year. Although we can tout Rochester’s appeal – from healthcare to education to a low crime rate – the city’s example is evident in the wealth of awards and recognition the area has received throughout the years. Most recently, Rochester was named a “Top 25 City” on Forbes’ 2022 Best Places To Retire List and it was ranked third “Best Place to Live in the U.S.” by Livability. And if that’s not enough, Rochester was ranked sixth in the country in University Business’ “50 Best Small College Areas to Live and Study” and it was named number four on Martha Stewart’s Best Cities To Buy a House in America.”
