These Uniclic planks provide exceptional value, making a real wood floor an option on even the tightest of budgets. Par-ky is the European market leader in wood veneer products. A thin layer of prime grade wood forms the top layer, providing unique aesthetics which are the mark of a real wood floor. This is bonded to an ultra-strong HDF core and sealed with no fewer than eight layers of UV cured lacquer. Our entire Par-ky collection is now available in two thicknesses: 7.2mm and 12mm; the 12mmproducts also incorporate a layer of cork, aiding both thermal and acoustic insulation. Eight hardened layers of lacquer protect the floor from moisture and dirt. Extra toughness is achieved through double sided impregnation. During the pressing process the wood is saturated with glue. This makes contact with the varnish, which impregnates from the top, and hardens to form an exceptionally hard surface.
