When in comes to smart housing choices for active seniors, Realife Cooperative provides quality, affordable units with common areas to fit a number of activites. We spoke with the Resident Service Director, Alicia Adams, to learn more. Q: Tell us about Realife Cooperative of Rochester. What does your company offer to the Rochester region? A: Located in beautiful Essex Estates, Realife Cooperative offers freedom from home ownership responsibilities while providing a safe, secure living environment. There are also opportunities for socializing and involvement with a variety of committees. Joining committees is
encouraged and allows members to contribute their knowledge and skills while providing a sense of purpose. Realife is a resident member-owned community that offers a comfortable yet affordable lifestyle for active seniors age 62 and over. The two-story housing facility features 87 attractive units with a selection of 10 unique one- and two- bedroom styles and sizes. Q: How did it start for Realife Cooperative of Rochester? A : Realife Cooperative is located north of the Roy Watson Youth Sports complex and was part of a 160 acre Essex estates development. It consisted of everything from 41st Street to Essex Park.
