Trades see opportunities to form partnerships with other industries. Nonprofit professionals see it as a necessary effort to expand their organizations. What is it? It’s networking, and for young professionals in the world of business, networking programs help smooth out the potholes on the road to success.
The Rochester Area Chamber of Commerce recognizes the importance of providing young professionals with the networking opportunities they need to establish themselves within the region’s professional community. That’s why the Chamber offers its Rochester Area Young Talent Network (RYT Network) as means to provide opportunities for the young talent to create connections, build relationships within their specific industry, and develop a sense of community within their professional lives.
