Leibl believes the overall brand experience is unique because of the guest service that the company features. “Our coworkers are friendly, we provide clean rest rooms and stores, and our coworkers love what they do,” Leibl said. “When you walk into one of our stores, you will see that the coworkers want to be there, and they are genuinely glad to help anyone who has a question.”
