PROMOTION TO OPERATIONS MANAGER
NEW HGA CEO
MCGOUGH PROMOTION
HGA has announced that its Board of Directors unanimously elected Mia Blanchett, FAIA, LEED AP, as Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Blanchett has more than 35 years leadership experience with HGA, advancing from Project Manager to Vice President and Principal in the Public/ Corporate practice, and most recently Government Market Sector Leader before moving into her new role.
Josh Schaefer started with McGough in 2009 continuing a career in construction that began more than 25 years ago. Beginning his work as a carpenter, Josh now oversees McGough field staff on project execution as well as process improvement and Lean implementation. Josh is also active in fostering relationships for McGough in the Rochester, MN area while also serving as a volunteer firefighter in his hometown since 2007.
Schmidt Goodman is proud to announce the promotion of Valerie Omdahl to Operations Manager. Val has been with Schmidt Goodman for 35 years. She is excited to take on the leadership role and help with implementing new processes within our ever-growing company. Congratulations Val!

After 50 years of business, John and Judy McGuire of Rochester Harley- Davidson will be handing over the keys to new owner Paul Gutman, who has returned to his hometown to take the dealership to the next level including many promotions and events. The new name of the dealership is Back Home Harley- Davidson.
