Promotions at Velair Property Management
New Branch Manager Role Tamsen Leimer , VP of Commercial and Mortgage Banking with F & M Community Bank is adding Rochester Branch Manager to her title. In addition to her current roles, she will now also oversee the branch operations in Rochester. Tamsen has been with F & M Community Bank since August of 2015, and in community banking in Rochester since 2003.
• Heather Barness was promoted in 2022 to Lead Roving Property Manager and will be overseeing 1st Avenue Flats and training in new hires • Cache Brown was promoted

Promotion to New CTIO Role Think Bank promoted Becky Wendland to the newly-created role of Chief Technology & Innovation Officer . Becky is a transformational business strategist and people leader who has been with Think since 2012. In her new role as CTIO, Becky will help bring innovation to life for Think’s customers by leading efforts to further advance the organization’s technology infrastructure and digital banking capabilities.
New D&O Community Corrections Team
Olmsted County had six DFO Community Corrections employees staffed in Fillmore County. Those employees will maintain employment with Olmsted County.
On January 1, 2023, a new Dodge & Olmsted (D&O) Community Corrections team became effective. This change follows a decision from the Fillmore County Board of Commissioners and Administration to withdraw from the joint powers agreement from what was previously known as Dodge-Fillmore-Olmsted (DFO) Community Corrections.
