ACQUISITION ANNOUNCED

WILLIAMS NAMED AS ARTISTIC DIRECTOR

HGA'S NEW PROJECT MANAGER, MANKARIOUS

Minnesota Secured Title is pleased to announce the acquisition of Carver County Abstract & Title and Scott County Abstract & Title, located in Chaska, Shakopee, New Prague and Prior Lake. Minnesota Secured Title also operates in Austin and Owatonna, and in Rochester as Rochester Title, and provides timely and comprehensive title, closing, and construction disbursement services. Nick Moonen , who co-owned the acquired businesses, will serve as Branch Manager and Examiner.

Rochester Civic Theatre (RCT) welcomes Lindsey Duoos Williams as its new Artistic Director, effective

Jan Mankarious joined HGA's Interior Design and Architectural teams in Rochester as a Project Manager with a unique background in Interior Design and project management. For the last two years Jan worked at Nelson on workplace projects including office buildings in Chicago and Minneapolis. He also worked in retail and at other architectural firms in Minnesota and Florida where he has honed his interior design and PM skills.

educator, brings a vibrant vision to RCT. She’ll continue leading educational programs while shaping artistic offerings and deepening community connections, advancing

the theatre’s commitment to excellence and innovation.

MOFFIT JOINS SPARK

HY-VEE VOTED BEST GROCERY STORE IN AMERICA

Julia Moffit has started at SPARK as the new Philanthropy Manager. She is excited to join the SPARK team and work with Rochester’s community supporters to help SPARK reach more families in the area. Julia has a background in non-profit fundraising and is looking forward to seeing what support she can bring to SPARK.

Former Olmsted County Board of Commissioners Chair Sheila Kiscaden was awarded the Legacy Award during the 41st Mayor’s Medal of Honor ceremony. Hosted by City of Rochester Mayor Kim Norton, the event recognized Commissioner Kiscaden and 12 other individuals for their exceptional contributions to the community.

Hy-Vee has been voted the Best Grocery Store in America, according to USA TODAY’s 10Best Readers’ Choice Awards, taking the top spot among the most-loved grocery stores in the country. From the 10Best Readers’ Choice Awards, Hy-Vee was also voted America’s Best Grocery Store for Produce and ranked the No. 2 Best Grocery Store for Prepared Food in the nation.
