Stability , Strength , and a Clear Path Ahead

As we come to the end of another year at Trueline , I want to take a moment to reflect on what has undoubtedly been a year of significant change , resilience , and progress for our business . This year hasn ’ t been without its challenges . The decision to close the night shift was not an easy one , and it required understanding , cooperation , and adaptability from the entire team . Through it all , everyone has continued to show professionalism , commitment , and a strong belief in the long - term success of the business and that has made all the difference . Alongside the challenges , there have also been many high points worth celebrating . We have completed some truly standout projects , welcomed a number of excellent new customers , and strengthened our relationships across multiple sectors . These wins reinforce the quality of our work and the reputation we continue to build in a competitive industry . One of the biggest highlights was the recognition we received externally . This year , Trueline proudly won several awards with a particular mention to the INCA Components Supplier of the Year Award , a fantastic achievement that reflects the hard work , innovation , and quality delivered by every part of the business . This is something we should all be extremely proud of .

Looking ahead , our future is shaping up with real momentum . Planning for the new unit is progressing well , and we expect a final decision by 20th January . This development has the potential to expand our capacity , improve our workflow , and open new opportunities for growth across the business . Despite the tough decisions and the economic pressures facing UK manufacturing , Trueline ends this year in a strong , stable , and confident position . We ’ ve tightened our operations , strengthened our foundations , and put the business on a clear path for a successful 2026 . Thank you to every member of the Trueline team for your dedication and hard work over the past year . Your effort is what drives this business forward . Let ’ s head into next year with optimism , focus , and the same determination that has powered us through 2025 .

Commercial Review

As 2025 draws to a close , it is important to reflect on what has been one of the most challenging years the construction industry - and the wider economy - has seen in quite some time . Market uncertainty , the introduction of BSR regulations , and limited government resource have resulted in delays across multiple sectors . These pressures have not only slowed project progress but have also impacted labour availability , creating a tougher operating environment than forecasted . Despite this , Trueline has remained resilient and , in many areas , strengthened its position within the market . Our response throughout the year has focused on collaboration , innovation , and supporting our customers through an unpredictable landscape . Working closely with our supply chain partners , we have continued to ensure product reliability and continuity . A key highlight has been the successful CWCT testing of the TrueTek Fa ç ade System , positioning Trueline to offer a complete through - wall rainscreen solution to clients . In parallel , long - standing Roofline closure systems have begun to regain momentum among EWI system suppliers , reaffirming the enduring value and performance of our engineered solutions . We have also made significant progress in improving supply - chain efficiency . The signing of a new mesh supply agreement marks an important step forward in reducing reliance on imports , strengthening logistics , and improving service reliability for our customers . A major milestone this year has been achieving Qualicoat accreditation . This accomplishment reflects our commitment to working to the highest industry standards and reinforces the quality of our in - house powder coating capability . As we look to 2026 , we are excited to work with Qualicoat in helping to raise awareness of coating standards across the wider market . Regaining momentum at the INCA Awards was another positive moment , with customer feedback highlighting the team ’ s ongoing dedication to delivering exceptional service . Looking ahead , 2026 presents a significant opportunity . Many projects delayed under the BSR framework are now beginning to progress , and new products will be introduced to support both existing customers and new prospects . Trueline ’ s brand reputation - built on quality , reliability , accreditation , and on - time delivery - continues to position us strongly as industry expectations evolve . I want to thank the commercial team and all business units for their support throughout the year . A special mention goes to Jack Collins , whose professionalism and development over the past 12 months have been outstanding . As we head into 2026 , I hope everyone enjoys a well - earned break . We return next year ready to embrace the opportunities ahead and continue shaping the next generation of fa ç ade solutions .

Operational Excellence in a Challenging Market

2025 has been one of the most challenging years the construction and manufacturing sectors have faced in recent times . Economic uncertainty , fluctuating demand , and pressure across the entire supply chain have tested the resilience of businesses throughout the industry . Despite this backdrop , our Quality , Health & Safety , and Environment ( QHSE ) department has remained steadfast in its commitment to maintaining the highest operational standards . Their focus and discipline have ensured that Trueline continues to operate safely , responsibly , and efficiently , even as the wider industry has experienced significant strain . Across the year , our teams have worked collaboratively to uphold rigorous quality controls , streamline processes , and reinforce safe working practices . This collective effort has allowed us to operate confidently within our capabilities and has played a vital role in protecting both our people and our performance during a time of unprecedented market challenge .

equipment , ensuring our coatings consistently meet the highest industry standards .

Investment in People , Processes , and Performance

Our success this year has been underpinned by continued investment in both our people and our processes . We have introduced new welding masks to improve comfort and safety for our welding team and engineered an in - house roller - bearing system for our guillotine to enhance manual handling and reduce physical strain . The installation of an automated dosing system within our plant wash has improved consistency , process reliability , and environmental performance .

Looking Ahead

Despite the challenges of this year , the determination and professionalism of our Trueline team have ensured that we not only maintained standards but strengthened our operational foundation . Their hard work has enabled us to continue delivering high - quality products safely and consistently while positioning the business strongly for the year ahead . I would like to extend my sincere thanks to the entire team for their dedication , resilience , and unwavering commitment to excellence .

Strengthening Our Market Position Through Accreditation

A major highlight of 2025 has been the successful retention of our ISO 9001 , ISO 14001 , and ISO 45001 certifications - an achievement that reaffirms our ongoing commitment to quality management , environmental stewardship , and safeguarding the well - being of our workforce . Additionally , one of the most significant accomplishments of the year has been securing Qualicoat accreditation for our in - house powder - coating line . This places Trueline among a select group of UK manufacturers capable of managing the complete fabrication lifecycle under one roof . To support this accreditation , substantial investment has been made in a new laboratory and advanced testing

Operations Review Building for the Future

Investment and Operational Improvement Beyond our powder coating department , one of the standout areas of investment has been our welding operations . Significant capital has been committed to new equipment , improving productivity , strengthening quality control , and enhancing health and safety standards . This investment will continue into 2026 as we ensure the department remains aligned with evolving fabrication demands . Alongside this , process optimisation has remained a key focus , with improvements to workflow and data utilisation delivering measurable efficiency gains and supporting consistent , high - quality output . Building for Growth in 2026 As we move into 2026 , our priorities shift firmly toward growth , capacity expansion , and capability development . Planned investment in advanced machinery will further strengthen our technical performance and increase production capacity . We are also preparing to upgrade our delivery fleet to enhance logistics and support increasingly complex project requirements . Most importantly , we will continue investing in our people through targeted training and development programmes that support skills , confidence , and long - term progression . All these initiatives align with our preparations for the future Kidderminster facility . Every improvement made today is designed to support a seamless transition and maximise the opportunities that this next phase of Trueline ’ s journey will bring . Finally , I would like to thank every member of the Trueline team for their commitment , adaptability , and professionalism throughout 2025 . Your efforts have been outstanding , and together we are well positioned to build on these foundations as we move confidently into 2026 .

As Operations Manager at Trueline Products , 2025 has been a year defined by resilience , decisive investment , and a continued focus on long - term operational excellence . Despite a challenging backdrop across the wider industry , our priority has remained consistent : strengthening our foundations , future - proofing capability , and positioning Trueline for sustainable growth .

Reflecting on 2025 This year has marked significant progress in

operational improvement . We have implemented a series of initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency , elevating quality , and supporting stronger decision - making throughout the business . One of the most important areas of focus has been our continued investment in capability and compliance , particularly our commitment to achieving Qualicoat accreditation . This required considerable resources and collaboration , but it represents a critical milestone in reinforcing our quality standards within the architectural fabrication sector . Alongside compliance , we have advanced our digital and data - driven operations . Improvements to our systems and greater utilisation of insights from our FMS platform have enabled more accurate capacity planning , smarter workflow management , and improved preparation for future demand . We also strengthened our CAD and programming department through additional headcount and specialist skill sets , ensuring we remain equipped to meet current and emerging architectural project requirements . Navigating a Challenging Market 2025 has undoubtedly been a tough year across the industry , with several businesses struggling or ceasing to trade . Trueline has not been immune to these pressures . However , by taking decisive and sometimes difficult decisions - such as the closure of our evening shift - we have been able to protect the core of the business and maintain operational stability . These actions were taken with a long - term view , and they have positioned us well as conditions begin to improve .

Financial Overview Welcome - Joe Charley

right decision for the long - term . This facility will allow us to expand our capability , redesign operational flow , and scale without constraints . It is a bold investment in Trueline ’ s future . Investment has also been focused internally . Across the finance department , we have reviewed and improved key processes to strengthen our controls , accuracy and visibility . Enhanced resource in credit control has already transformed our customer debt position . Cashflow forecasting has been embedded to support smarter decision - making , and our management reporting will move fully in - house over the coming financial year . We also welcomed Rupert , our Finance Apprentice , who is quickly becoming a valued member of the team as he develops skills that will support the department for many years ahead . As we look toward 2025 / 26 , we do so with confidence . Significant capital investment is planned , strategic projects are underway , and the business is well - positioned to take advantage of new opportunities . The decisions we make today are laying the groundwork for a stronger , more resilient and more ambitious Trueline - one that continues to uphold the values of quality , integrity and family that have shaped this business for more than 30 years .

I am very pleased to have joined Trueline ’ s Senior Management Team this year as Finance Manager . My focus is to ensure that our financial reporting , cashflow management , analytics and day - to - day processes provide the strong and stable foundation the business needs to continue growing within a competitive and fast - moving sector . Like many organisations across the construction and manufacturing landscape , our 2024 / 25 financial year presented challenges . Performance has naturally dipped from the levels seen over the previous three to four years , but the reasons behind this are both clear and industry - wide . What is most important is that these pressures are temporary , and we are already seeing the benefit of the decisive actions taken to strengthen our long - term position . Sustainable growth sits at the heart of Trueline ’ s vision . Over the past year , we have made several strategic decisions designed to protect our financial security , improve efficiency and create a platform for future expansion . These decisions are not always easy , but they are essential to maintaining a resilient business that can continue to invest , innovate and support our customers for decades to come . One of the most significant investments has been the acquisition of land opposite Parker Place - the site of Trueline ’ s future purpose - built manufacturing facility . This development represents a transformational step for the business . While it has required substantial capital and has naturally impacted our reserves , it is the

Business Support Team Review

2025 has been a year of strengthening the foundations of the Business Support Team ( BST ), focusing on developing capability , enhancing service , and supporting every area of Trueline . With Ella preparing for maternity leave and Caitlin joining in late 2024 , the year brought both transition and opportunity . Caitlin quickly proved herself to be a fast learner and , with Ella ’ s guidance , became an invaluable member of the team . Her dedication was recognised when she received the Excellence Award at our Spring Event - an exceptional milestone after just six months at Trueline . Ella welcomed her beautiful daughter , Violet , in May , and both are doing well . We are incredibly proud of Ella , and becoming a very proud “ Trueline Nan ” has been one of my personal highlights of the year . This year , BST has expanded the scope of support offered across the business - Commercial , Operations , Marketing , HR and more - helping to provide cover during absences , holidays , and busy periods . Our goal remains simple : to keep the business running smoothly and ensure customers and suppliers experience consistent , uninterrupted service . As the first point of contact for many , BST is uniquely positioned to build strong , lasting relationships . We work hard to make everyone - internal teams , customers and suppliers - feel like part of the Trueline family . Over time , many of these relationships have grown into genuine friendships built on trust , communication and care . We have continued improving our internal processes by reviewing and documenting procedures to ensure clarity , efficiency and a consistently high level of service . Winning the INCA Supplier of the Year Award was a standout moment , reflecting the positive feedback and appreciation from our customers - proof that our efforts truly make a difference . BST also proudly represents the Trueline brand , supporting community and charity initiatives and contributing to our strong social media presence . Customers regularly tell us how much they enjoy seeing our updates when they call the office . Looking ahead to 2026 , we are excited to build on the foundations set this year . We look forward to welcoming Ella back and supporting both her and Caitlin as they continue to flourish . It ’ s an exciting time for Trueline , and BST is ready for every challenge and opportunity - to keep being the B . e . S . T .

Success Stories

Elephant & Castle London The Elephant & Castle project showcases a pioneering approach to high-rise façade delivery, combining innovative design, Modern Methods of Construction, and meticulous planning to overcome the challenges of a highly constrained urban site. At the heart of the scheme was an advanced hybrid façade system, integrating off-site manufactured Ultra High- Performance Fibre-Reinforced Concrete (UHPFRC) panels with glazing, insulation, and bespoke aluminium balustrade systems. This modular solution produced large-format, lightweight units

that reduced structural load while enhancing thermal performance, airtightness, and build consistency.

Page 10

www . truelineproducts . co . uk

Pre-fitted elements - including bespoke grilles, sandwich panels, and specialist Reynaers doors - were integrated off site, enabling a high-quality finish and improved installation efficiency. A carefully managed just-in-time delivery strategy was critical in maintaining programme momentum and minimising disruption in a live city environment. Despite an initial six-month delay and a late site start in January 2024, the façade was completed by the original April 2025 deadline, with the final account settled within 1% of the contract sum. The project also overcame significant acoustic challenges posed by the neighbouring Corsica Studios, achieving stringent low-frequency sound attenuation requirements through rigorous testing and integrated design. Delivered from the ground up, Elephant & Castle now stands as a striking addition to the London skyline. Trueline is proud to have contributed to this landmark development and looks forward to supporting future projects of similar ambition.

On this project, Trueline was proud to support the installation of the Alsecco Ecomin 300 system by supplying a full package of beads, trims, and profiles. To complement the system, we also provided bespoke trims and copings, ensuring the scheme achieved the sharp architectural finish the client was looking for.

Beads, trims & profiles - manufactured to exacting standards to support the performance of the Alsecco system.

Custom trims & copings – designed and fabricated to deliver a seamless, high-quality appearance.

A Mark of Proven Quality QUALICOAT Certified

For over 30 years, Trueline Products has built its reputation on precision engineering, craftsmanship, and quality-assured manufacturing. That commitment is further strengthened with the achievement of QUALICOAT certification, reinforcing Trueline’s position as a trusted UK leader in architectural powder coating and bespoke aluminium fabrication. As façade performance expectations continue to rise, QUALICOAT sets the international benchmark for durability, consistency, and long-term coating performance. It ensures architectural finishes not only look exceptional on installation but continue to perform reliably throughout their lifecycle. For Trueline, QUALICOAT represents far more than certification. It reflects years of investment in people, equipment, and process discipline, alongside continuous improvement and rigorous quality control. The certification has been achieved through advanced application equipment, controlled curing environments, enhanced surface preparation, ongoing training, and robust inspection processes. Together with Trueline’s ISO framework, QUALICOAT provides customers with confidence in the quality, durability, and consistency of every finish. As the construction industry continues to prioritise performance and long-term value, Trueline’s QUALICOAT accreditation confirms its role as a manufacturer that meets - and exceeds - modern façade standards.

Commercial Director Josh Barrington comments: “QUALICOAT is a milestone we’ve been working towards for several years. It complements our ISO accreditations and demonstrates our commitment to delivering high-quality, reliable finishes for the façade construction industry.”
