2023 - 2024 Annual Report

Driving Quality, Safety, and Sustainability

Trueline has continued to raise the bar in quality, health & safety, facilities, and environmental commitments, building a stronger, safer, and greener future. Quality Excellence Our focus on quality remains steadfast, with continued improvements in internal and external audits to meet and exceed standards. Working with DNV, we successfully retained our certifications for ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001, ensuring our processes align with the highest industry benchmarks. Investments in our paint line include upgraded tank wash systems and additional demineralised spray rings, all part of our journey toward achieving Qualicoat certification. To enhance product inspection and testing, we’ve implemented additional controls and assigned dedicated supervisors, ensuring consistency and excellence in every product we deliver. Looking ahead, we’re building a purpose-built laboratory to strengthen our quality initiatives further. Health & Safety Commitments We are deeply committed to the health and safety of our workforce. Monthly committee meetings, external consultants, and proactive training have been pivotal. Recognizing the importance of mental wellbeing, our management team has undergone Neurodiversity training, and senior leaders are now certified Mental Health First Aiders. Environmental Progress Our commitment to sustainability is stronger than ever. Partnering with Auditel, we are tracking historical carbon usage to map out our journey to Net Zero. Steps include transitioning our fleet to hybrid and electric vehicles and introducing a waste management program that incinerates general waste to generate green electricity.

Facilities Enhancements Trueline has upgraded key aspects of our facilities, including: • Replacing all fluorescent lighting with energy- efficient LED lights. • Phasing out asbestos materials and replacing old guttering with new plastic alternatives. Additional Environmental Efforts Include: • Implementing waste segregation and recycling schemes. • Exploring solar panel installations at HQ. • Planning for a green, purpose-built facility by replacing outdated buildings with sustainable structures. • Considering options for treating processed waste liquid to minimise environmental impact. As we continue to innovate and invest, Trueline remains steadfast in our mission to be leaders in quality, safety, and sustainability. These initiatives not only strengthen our business but also reflect our commitment to a greener, safer future for our workforce and community.
