As we come to the end of another year at Trueline , I want to take a moment to reflect on what has undoubtedly been a year of significant change , resilience , and progress for our business . This year hasn ’ t been without its challenges . The decision to close the night shift was not an easy one , and it required understanding , cooperation , and adaptability from the entire team . Through it all , everyone has continued to show professionalism , commitment , and a strong belief in the long - term success of the business and that has made all the difference . Alongside the challenges , there have also been many high points worth celebrating . We have completed some truly standout projects , welcomed a number of excellent new customers , and strengthened our relationships across multiple sectors . These wins reinforce the quality of our work and the reputation we continue to build in a competitive industry . One of the biggest highlights was the recognition we received externally . This year , Trueline proudly won several awards with a particular mention to the INCA Components Supplier of the Year Award , a fantastic achievement that reflects the hard work , innovation , and quality delivered by every part of the business . This is something we should all be extremely proud of .
Looking ahead , our future is shaping up with real momentum . Planning for the new unit is progressing well , and we expect a final decision by 20th January . This development has the potential to expand our capacity , improve our workflow , and open new opportunities for growth across the business . Despite the tough decisions and the economic pressures facing UK manufacturing , Trueline ends this year in a strong , stable , and confident position . We ’ ve tightened our operations , strengthened our foundations , and put the business on a clear path for a successful 2026 .
