All parts sold by S&E Distributors carry full manufacturers warranties from date of invoice against defects in material and/or workmanship. The invoice price of any part proven to be defective will be credited in full. All parts claimed to be defective must be returned for inspection to S&E Distributors. S&E Distributors is not responsible for labor & freight. Any product may be returned for full credit within 30 days of invoice date if the following conditions are met; 1) Full resale condition. 2) Full case quantities. 3) Product in original package. After 30 days of invoice date, returned product must have prior approval and will be charged a 15% restocking fee. No credit will be issued for product that does not meet the above conditions, has been discontinued, or not sold to you by S&E Distributors. 4.) Any products returned between November 1st and Jan 30th will be charged a 20% restocking fee. All back orders will be automatically canceled and should be reordered on the next order, with the exception of special order items All pricing, terms, and specifications are subject to change without notice. S&E Distributors is not responsible for any errors in this catalog, typographical, or otherwise.
