PRIMARY SCHOOL
What a busy time Term 3 has been in the Primary School. Over the past few weeks
Immersion in natural environment is crucial for learning This term, Our Year 1s went on an adventure to discover the many environments that surround our world including natural, maintained and constructed environments. On their ‘natural environment’ adventure they found lots of rubbish lying around the streets and did a great job collecting the litter with their ‘grabber hands’ to support our local community.
the Receptions had a Farm Day at school, the Year 1s have been on an excursion to the Botanical Gardens
and the Year 2s are going to the National Rail Museum. The Year 3s and 4s are working hard preparing for the
School Rocks performance, the Year 5s headed up to Illawonga, Swan Reach for their camp and the Year 6s have been enjoying sharing their Secret Projects in class. Learning Journeys occurred on Monday and Tuesday this week. It is always such a pleasure to see the children excited to share the learning that has been happening at school with their parents and so encouraging to see parents eager to hear all about what their child has been doing at school.
