Madison joined OCC in February of 2024 and is one of the first faces you’ll see when you walk through the doors. With a warm smile, she greets everyone who enters the Lobby and ensures they leave with a cheerful farewell, em- bodying the spirit of aloha. In addition to her exceptional guest service, Madison has consistently stepped up to sup- port her team by working back-to-back shifts and covering additional days when needed. Her dedication, care, and enthusiasm make her an invaluable part of our ‘ohana.
We welcomed Miguel to the Club in July 2018, and we are proud to congratulate him once again for earning the Employee of the Month award. He has done an outstand- ing job with training and supporting his Locker and Laundry colleagues. Always pleasant, personable, and dedicated to making the workplace a better environment for everyone, Miguel exemplifies the qualities of an essential team member.
