Here’s how you can help: Swing by the Front Desk to update your information, including your member photo. If you’re on the go, you can easily update your photo using the OCC app. We aim for 100% participation in this initiative, so we kindly ask for your cooperation in helping us maintain the highest standards of safety and service. Member Survey – We Need Your Input! We last conducted a Member Survey in 2022, and we’re eager to hear from you again. Your feedback is invaluable in shaping the future of OCC. From programs and amenities to service and facilities, this is your chance to tell us what’s working well and what could be improved. The survey will be shared with all members in the coming months via email. We encourage you to take a few moments to complete it—your insights directly impact how we prioritize projects and allocate resources. We look forward to hearing your thoughts and using them to make meaningful improvements for the benefit of the entire membership. Your Involvement Matters As I reflect on the incredible sense of community at the Outrigger Canoe Club, I am reminded that our strength lies in our members. Our culinary team has been hard at work crafting new dishes that showcase fresh, local ingredients while keeping the flavors you know and love. Whether savoring a casual meal on the Hau Terrace or enjoying a gathering with friends in the Koa Lanai, these additions promise to bring more variety and delight to your palate. Be sure to stop by and try the new offerings—your taste buds will thank you! Enhancing Club Communications Keeping our members informed and engaged is a priority, and we’re continuously refining how we communicate. From the OCC app to our email newsletters, we’re making it easier than ever to stay up to date on events, announcements, and Club happenings. If you haven’t downloaded the OCC app yet, I highly encourage you to do so. It’s the best way to throughout the Club to improve your experience at events and gatherings. Whether it’s enjoying enhanced sound for events or seamless presentations during meetings, these improvements ensure top-notch quality for our members. As we implement new measures to safeguard the Club, your help is essential. A critical pillar of our security enhancements is ensuring we have up-to-date member information, including member photos.
