Welcome to the Bristol, Tennessee Parks and Recreation activity guide. Fall/Winter is upon us, and it is always an exciting time. We've got many new opportunities for you to make the most of the season! Join our fast- growing social leagues and tournaments made for adults to hang out, network, and socialize with new people. The City of Bristol, Tennessee Parks and Recreation Department manages athletic and community programming activities as well as maintaining park facilities located within the City of Bristol. The City of Bristol, Tennessee City Council appoints residents to the Parks and Recreation Commission. The volunteer Commission acts as advisory board to the Department and City Council. The Commission helps to establish rules, regulations, functions, goals, policies, and procedures for the performance of its duties and for the use, operation, and conduct of all facilities and programs.
