Para el jurado el proyecto es un ejemplo de inserción de edificaciones en pendiente, que además de abordar un tema contingente como la recuperación de la edificación en los cerros de Valparaíso, logra un conjunto en el cual destaca la incorporación de una calle interior que sigue la cota y conecta los distintos volúmenes construidos.
In the jury’s opinion, the project is a good example of hillside construction. In addition to addressing the current topic of recuperation of buildings on the hills of Valparaiso, it manages to incorporate into the complex an internal street that follows the contour of the hill and connects the different units.
