(*) Daniel Vargas, architect, Universidad Mayor. He
made his doctoral studies at the ETSA in Barcelona, obtaining his research proficiency and the DEA in Architectural Projects in 2005. He has written several articles for modern architecture publications in Chile and Spain, and participated in seminars and exhibitions. He is currently Coordinator of Cultural Heritage of the Metropolitan Region in the National Council for Culture and the Arts and is partner at VaAr/arquitectos.
