Esta condición, sumada a la complejidad del programa, obligó a extremar los parámetros de ocupación, constructibilidad y altura. The result of a successful bid in an open architectural competition, the hospital is located on a site with lopsided proportions and a large front. This condition, coupled with the complexity of the program, led to maximize the allowable footprint, construction ratio and height.
