En el terreno, con doble orientación y forma irregular, el frente más expuesto a la publicidad era estrecho en contraposición al contrafrente más amplio y mejor orientado al asoleamiento. Esa condición de estrangulamiento, junto a la de los bordes construidos con distintas alturas y calidades, llevó a proponer una forma irregular y sinuosa que cumpliera el objetivo de búsqueda de la mayor exposición posible de fachada, así como esquivar las constricciones geométricas del terreno. The site presented a double front and an irregular shape. The more public front was narrow as opposed to the posterior one, wider and with better sun exposure. That bottleneck condition, along with the irregularly built edges with different neighboring heights and qualities, led to propose an irregular and sinuous form that meets the goal of seeking the greatest possible façade exposure as well as avoiding the geometric constraints of the plot.
