El proyecto, situado en un terreno rectangular de 10.200 m², además de satisfacer las demandas de densidad requeridas por un proyecto inmobiliario, reconoce la vocación del lugar a través de la arquitectura, posándose sutilmente en el contexto y trasladando la naturaleza circundante hacia el espacio interior. El condominio, estratégicamente emplazado, amortigua su presencia anteponiendo un espesor no construido hacia el espacio público, una calle interior y un área verde común, dejando 10 sitios equivalentes alargados hacia atrás, con un frente predial de 16,5 m, y un sólo sitio adelante, dispuesto donde se ensancha la superficie del lote. Este último permite alcanzar la densidad máxima permitida de 11 casas, y alberga una tipología diferente a las demás, de solo un piso para aminorar su visibilidad desde el espacio público.
The project, located on a rectangular 10,200 m² site, meets the demands of density required by a real estate venture, and recognizes in its architecture the spirit of the place, setting into the context in a sensitive manner and integrating the surrounding natural landscape into the homes. The strategically placed condominium softens its presence by providing an un-built segment towards the public space: an interior street and common green area, and leaving 10 equally elongated 16.5 m front plots to the back, and a single plot placed in the front where the subdivision widens. This frontal plot brings the density to the maximum 11 houses, and presents a different one-story typology to minimize its visibility from the public space.
