Tipología A: la segunda tipología, desarrollada por los arquitectos, busca sumar un diseño más concentrado, donde la relación entre espacios se da desde el interior. Es el espacio del living y comedor de doble altura, el que vincula en los extremos, separa los programas privados de los servicios. Así también se logra una mayor eficiencia energética, ya que la propuesta disminuye el perímetro de fachadas, donde al ser un volumen alargado se mantiene la relación de los recintos con el exterior. Type A: the second typology, developed by the architects, seeks to incorporate a more concentrated design alternative, where the relationship between spaces is given from within. The living and dining room space with its double height connects both ends while separating the private program from the service areas. Greater energy efficiency is also achieved in this proposal by reducing the façade perimeter, and the resulting elongated volume preserves the relationship of each room with the exterior.
