FINANCIAL & COMMERCIAL ACUMEN • Influencing the service charge budget from an engineering perspective by overseeing capex projects to stay within budget and align with service charge expenditure. • Ensure projects align with standards, timelines, and budgets. • Aid the financial team in invoicing and debt management as per the client’s requirements. INNOVATION & ESG • Collaborate with the General Manager and key stakeholders, to create a comprehensive 3-year business plan in order to achieve set targets in terms of energy and carbon reduction and lead its execution. • Collaborate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to align engineering plans with regulations, building codes, and sustainability goals. • Foster adoption of technological enhancements across the development. • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive engineering process and system improvements.

• Technically qualified professional with extensive engineering and building services experience. • Profound understanding of technical systems, including high hazard specification sprinklers, emergency generators, energy centres, water features, rainwater harvesting, street lighting, lifts, security systems, CCTV, and leisure/swimming pool facility-related plant. • Commercially astute, customer-focused, and innovative, with the aim of positioning Chelsea Barracks as a premier destination. • Change management and operational transition planning experience. • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications. • Operational facilities management knowledge, and a KPI-oriented service approach. • Knowledge of building regulations, legislative compliance, best practices. • Proven project management expertise to ensure thorough planning and smooth mobilisation of new phases. • Familiarity with sustainability practices and green building technologies.
