Their gifts, passions and motivations are aligned with the role enabling stronger engagement and performance • We propose the resource for your consideration in your selection process with little disruption to the process - just stronger, on purpose candidates. • For the successfully placed candidate, there's a direct placement contingency fee or a subcontracting partnership arrangement. This includes optional career coaching in the Your Crescendo Finding Your Forte program to ensure the candidates success as they assimilate to the new role and exceed expectations in the early going. We always make sure it is supplemental to on-boarding and all internal talent development programs and processes already in place.
